Description

I just upgraded from RhodeCode 4.18.2 to 4.19.1, and all the new notification mails I receive from RhodeCode are now incorrectly rendererd in Thunderbird.

The rendering problem is the same on multiple pull requests, for different actions, and on multiple repos.

In Outlook (desktop and web), the rendering is correct.

We added inline styles in 4.19 to improve compatibility.

We used an external rendering site to check if it's ok, and didn't discover any problems :(

We'll try to get a copy of Thunderbird to check this.
