The text that should be below the black borderbox is actually beside the box.
And if you're at it: It could be improved a bit by upping the size of the font and maybe use a sans-serif font in line with the standard RhodeCode Design. The code of the template still has a comment about mailchimp inside it. Maybe it is either worth letting the template be customizable from the admin panel or improve it a bit more since email notifications would actually be a really nice feature.
The screenshot is from Outlook 2010 and if viewed by Internet Explorer it shows the same.
