$ ~/.rccontrol-profile/bin/rccontrol uninstall community-1
$ ~/.rccontrol-profile/bin/rccontrol uninstall vcsserver-1
These are missing:
$ rm -rf ~/.rccontrol.ini
$ rm -rf ~/.rccontrol-profile
$ sudo rm -rf /opt/rhodecode
And maybe rccontrol uninstall could have an --all param

Uninstalling instances is something different then uninstalling rccontrol.
To do what you want i.e remove all instances and all files from the installer a command rccontrol self-destroy should be used.
