on the: pull request related comments are not beeing displayed
I believe when you open a PR a related comments should be shown inside the commit main comments, so you can track the status

I found also two small things:
- comment toggle doesn't change text to show/hide
- we're missing hidden comments indicator, and also toggle thread action see: http://g.recordit.co/uFWEFLdvuD.gif

no newline at end markers are not colored - they should be
