Decide for 1 serialization lib

Description
Currently we use colander, and marshmallow. We should decide on 1 system and base our lib on it. Usage of two on longer run would cause problems.
Deciding factor would be also which form lib we use. This need to be decided soon, to not produce more problems with using two.

we need to decide soon, and rewrite all to 1 format.
and start using it like hell all over the place, since a lot of things will be based on schemas

Ok, for now we'll start with Colander, as it's used already and seems to be still good fit.
Marshmallow we found created some problems and could hide errors in case of making mistakes (and people do mistakes all the time)
