"Last time I did was changing the EPS and then upload the svg to fonticon generator website, fixing the order, then downloading the final font. The EPS need to be cut in the right size (eg. Export each icon to a separate file). Also a css file need to be changed to map the new icons and reordered if necessary." - Anderson
