WIP specs of branch permissions - pattern based - write restriction only via push - another permission could be merge restriction via web ifce - allow/deny semanticks (aka firewall rules pattern) --- perms on branches: - NONE - WEB BASED MERGE - PUSH - FORCE PUSH Each gives previous plus given permission
