Description
The way that the times/dates are displayed in the tables is very inconsistent. As per Martina's recommendations here https://projects.invisionapp.com/d/#/console/2512700/59123281/comments/29108127 we should make them all display the same. This will be very helpful in controlling the sizing in the tables and of course, easier for users. The table.rctable td.td-time CSS rule should be adjusted so that it allows for the amount of space needed once the html change is completed.
