Setting Landing Commit to SVN Trunk results in Files tab hitting a 404

Description

What Happens

On SVN repositories, if I set the Landing Commit [in Repository Settings] to trunk (admittedly on repositories that did not have the "proper" branch patterns set on revision 1), it will not show any files.

What's expected

Setting Landing Commit to trunk should be showing the contents of the latest revision available on trunk.
