Default navigation should be by branch name not commit id

Description
When viewing a file in a Git repository, there is no easy way to obtain a link to that file on the master branch.
Example: https://XXXX/playground/samplerepo/files/bb06dde8cb58aae32ffa52a788c37c58e816934f/Program.cs
That link is a link to a file on the master branch, which is navigated to via the Files tab. I would like to be able to share a link with a team member like: https://etsgit.gvl.is.l-3com.com/playground/samplerepo/files/master/Program.cs so that the team member will always see the most updated copy of that file.
