Exceptions Tracker - Exception ID: 140095575901360 after upgrade to the lastes version

Description
We create a test environment based on our production server.
Then I use the following commands to upgrade RhodeCode : rccontrol self-update and rccontrol upgrade '*'.
After the first command, the server is still responding.
After the second command, the server is not responding. The error code and messages are in the attached file.
Can you help me ? So far as we do not have a valid upgrade test, we are still in the old version 4.11.1. And it is time to upgrade.

Hi Thierry,
Please check one thing quickly before we jump into more debugging. Make sure your second instance has the same values for .ini file:
beaker.session.secretrhodecode.encrypted_values.secret
If this doesn't help we'll check more option to try to figure this one out.

Dear,
Assuming this is the file ./rccontrol/enterprise-1/rhodecode.ini
• There is no value rhodecode.encrypted_values.secret in the file ./rccontrol/enterprise-1/rodhecode.ini “Pattern not found: rhodecode.encrypted_values.secret”
• The value for beaker.session.secret is the same on both servers = ebe6ce8ec4d742f29b5b95db70ea35d5
