RhodeCode Community 4.11 doesn't handle HG largefiles extension

Description

After the upgrade from RhodeCode 4.10.6 my repositories with largefiles stopped working (404 not found when trying to pull).
The log says,

ERROR [rhodecode.lib.vcs.exceptions] Found VCSServer remote traceback information:
...
Exception: repository requires features unknown to this Mercurial: largefiles

Largefiles is enabled in the settings. Downgrading the system back to 4.10.6 solved the issue.
