I see that "Repository migration from SVN to Git/Mercurial at your own pace / Synchronized repositories for uninterrupted access to source code." is part of both Enterprise and Community edition, but I cannot find how to enable it in the community edition. Where and how to do enable a repository to have synced SVN and Git?

Hi,
The migration option is for "import" repositories option. It means some types of conversions are available with import e.g import SVN repo as Git. But this is just 1 time, and we don't offer constant translation of repository types. THis was proven not stable and mature solutions to be used in our product.
