Description

This is feature request to improve usability from experience with RC 4.2.1.

In PR or PR comment notification of rhodecode itself, we can find URL to PR comment in PR but it is not direct link, so we need to manually copy and paste the URL in browser to jump to comment page. this procedure is hassle for users.

If we have direct link in notification itself we can easily jump to PR page and verify comments etc.
