Description
Make possibility to create private comments.
- Such comment should be visible only for the author(maybe super admin?).
- Nobody should receive mail about such comment(maybe author?).
- Author should have possibility to change status from private to public(then send email ?).
- I could be done as a flag on comment(bool).
