[translation, i18n] translation not being applied to integrations pages

Description

When I have my user language set to anything but English, and then go to any global or repo integrations admin pages, all translated content (most noticeably, menus) reverts back to English. The correct language appears again when clicking on another page.

This is happening in both CE and EE.
