Description
Currently we have at least two test which are based on locust that are living at CE/rhodecode/tests/load/. It has nothin in common with the application and is executed outside of the application context. Therefore we should remove it from the CE repo and add it to the ac-tests repository.

Mostly done but i am suddenly getting some KeyError exceptions when running tests. The exception occurs in the test code not in RhodeCode. Have to check that before closing this.
